Model: BM36
Description: Fully loaded the BM series will pull drinks and other product down, in non- air-conditioned environments, to operating temperatures, 0 +5C within 24hours. It is without doubt one of the most difficult things to achieve as most refrigerated merchandisers will only hold the temperature of a product placed inside the cooling chamber. The BM series has fast pull down and holds products safely.
For stores with slower traffic, the BM will provide good stock mix to maintain and optimize sales. Maximum shelf life is critical as spoils can be costly.
The BM is designed with an efficient, ducted, airflow system that allows refrigerated air to move around the chamber and flood all individual merchandise with cold air and pull down the temperature swiftly to operating temperatures, 0 +5C. This means that manufacturers shelf lives are complied with. Therefore the investment in a BM unit is to be considered on direct and indirect savings.
